In general estimated time for processing your order is your position (waiting time) in the QUEUE + 3-4 months of crafting a "standard" model or 3-12 for a custom order. Custom Shop terms are subject to discussion and rely on particular project's price and specs.
To preserve your position in the QUEUE (and get sooner build start) place deposit of 700USD asap (this amount will be later included in your total quote).
Placing an order is easy. Request the Form by pushing the button below and fill in when you recieve it. Be sure to provide valid contact info and include full detailed options so we could properly figure out the price and terms. All inquiries usually responded within 48 hours. If you haven't received a reply within that period contact us directly via e-mail.

Payment and shipping

Most orders are paid by parts in sequence determined at ordering stage. Sale items are paid at once via method provided by the seller.

Every ViK project progress is posted on ViK Guitars forum. So wherever you're located once you make an order you can watch the whole story with detailed pics (300-400 shots) and description online.

At the end of a project we make a demo-video and professional photo set of the guitar, so you can get an idea of what you're getting and a subject to drool over while it's being shipped to you.

We do our best in communication with our customers. Facebook and Skype (vik_guitars) chats are common ways of "live" interaction but emails and calls are also ok (just mind time zones (GST+3)).
